About the Role
P.J. Fitzpatrick, the leading home improvement company in the Delaware Valley, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales initiatives and achieving growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry
- Must have industry experience
- Must reside in the Northern VA area
