About the Role
This role focuses on delivering Christmas cheer for households across the nation by providing in-store support during the busy festive period. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, serving customers, and fulfilling orders for services like Click and Collect, ensuring customers have a brilliant experience. No experience is necessary, just the right attitude. The role offers flexibility with a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 7.5). Applicants must be over 18.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
- Serve customers and put together orders for our Click and Collect service.
- Take pride in making sure that customers get a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 for this role.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- Ability to build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
- Ability to use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success.
- Must have passed the school leaver's age.
