About the Role
This festive in-store role involves tackling a range of tasks, from serving customers and stocking shelves to picking orders for home delivery. No experience is necessary, just the right attitude. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact, especially during the Christmas season.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are in the correct locations.
- Serve customers and assemble orders for the Click and Collect service.
- Ensure customers have a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- Ability to build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
- Ability to use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success.
- Must have passed the school leaver's age.

Salary/Compensations
- Starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores inside the M25.
- Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked for hours between midnight and 6am.
- Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.
