About the Role
This festive in-store role involves tackling a range of tasks, from serving customers and stocking shelves to picking orders for home delivery. No experience is necessary, just the right attitude. Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are in their correct locations.
- Serve customers and assemble orders for the Click and Collect service.
- Ensure customers have a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering great service.
- Greet customers with a smile and serve them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Use initiative and make sound decisions for customers.
- Work effectively in a team, communicate openly, and celebrate success.
- Tesco will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver's age.

Salary/Compensations
- Starts from £13.28 per hour
- Increases to £14.55 for stores inside the M25
- Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am
- Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills
