About the Role
This role involves tackling a range of in-store tasks during the festive season, including serving customers, stocking shelves, and picking orders for home delivery. No experience is necessary, and the role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact on customers' experiences.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are in the correct locations.
- Serve customers and assemble orders for the Click and Collect service.
- Ensure customers have a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- Ability to build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
- Ability to use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate openly.
- Must have passed the school leaver's age.
