About the Role

Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, enabling clients in 56 countries to navigate their digital transformation. We are seeking an AI Cloud Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Establish and run the Agile delivery framework (sprints, standups, retro, and review sessions) to guide the team from "Use Case Input" to "Agentic System" launch.
Act as the primary interface between the delivery POD, customer leadership, and internal GSD management, providing clear visibility into delivery progress and project health.
Identify, track, and resolve resource constraints, technical dependencies, and cross-functional roadblocks before they impact the timeline.
Proactively manage project risk registers, ensuring that data availability, access controls, and infrastructure readiness blockers are escalated and resolved rapidly.
Define, measure, and report on key delivery metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, milestone completion dates, resource utilization) to ensure the engagement stays on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

Bilingual Japanese and English is a must.
