About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for field support, equipment inspection, and repair support for dentists and dental office staff customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical services including product installation and post-installation repair at customer sites.
- Conduct regular equipment inspection visits.
- Explain dental equipment (dental units, CAD/CAM devices, CT scanners, sterilizers, etc.) to customers, provide estimates, and negotiate prices.
- Handle connection issues with third-party products within the in-office LAN equipment and system network, in addition to the products mentioned above.
Requirements
- Possess strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Excellent IT skills related to PCs, software, and technical support.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work proactively with a professional attitude and possess a valid driver's license.
- Business-level English proficiency (ability to read and write emails).
