About the Role
This role involves consulting and acting as an interface between clients, business units, development, and product management. You will analyze technical and business requirements for migration and transformation projects, ensuring a shared understanding of solutions. You will also conceptualize solutions by examining data structures and business processes, translating them into understandable concepts, rules, and specifications. Additionally, you will abstract reusable solution approaches from specific client requirements to actively contribute to product development, model and configure flexible solutions, and support testing and knowledge transfer activities like client training and product presentations.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and analyze business and technical requirements in migration and transformation projects.
- Bridge the gap between clients, business units, development, and product management to foster a common understanding of solutions.
- Examine data structures and business processes to develop comprehensible concepts, rules, and specifications.
- Abstract reusable solution approaches from specific client requirements for product development.
- Model and configure flexible solutions adaptable to various clients and system landscapes.
- Participate in programming if interested.
- Accompany tests and ensure the correct business implementation with the project team.
- Support client training, product presentations, and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification.
- Ability to approach issues analytically.
- Relevant professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Analysis, Product Management, Consulting, Data Migration, or Insurance.
- Ability to recognize recurring patterns, abstract project-specific requirements, and develop scalable product solutions.
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and topics.
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or programming is advantageous.
- Experience with insurance processes is advantageous.
- Openness to interact with people, communicate confidently, and adapt flexibly to different clients and project phases.
- Ability to drive topics independently and clearly represent your assessments.
- Skill in incorporating different perspectives and remaining constructive when interests diverge.
- Proficient use of AI tools in daily work, critical evaluation of results, and identification of meaningful application possibilities.
- Very good German language skills, at least C1 level.
