About the Role
Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Brand Experts to join their team. This role involves teaching customers makeup artistry secrets, delivering Charlotte's philosophy of easy artistry, and driving sales through exceptional customer service and makeup application.
Responsibilities
- Promote and create makeup magic in store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury.
- Drive business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.
- Reflect the brand values and customer base.
- Achieve sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service.
- Exude passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury to the customer.
- Deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy.
- Provide a unique and personalized shopping experience.
- Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
- Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
- Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
- Ensure the counter/gondola is customer ready from open to close.
- Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, cleaning display units, tools, and testers.
- Assist with maintaining required inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and replenishment.
- Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
- Assist in the execution of events.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team regarding counter/gondola needs or concerns.
- Manage schedule, clocking in and out, and submitting timesheets.
