About the Role
The Prediction Markets team is creating an entirely new asset class, allowing customers to engage with real-world events. As Senior Product Designer for Sports, you will own end-to-end design for the sports vertical within Prediction Markets, shaping how fans experience sports trading flows, amplifier events, and engagement features. This is a zero-to-one role with executive visibility, offering the chance to build something that has never existed before.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for the Sports vertical within Prediction Markets, from early concept through launch, taking full accountability for the quality and impact of every experience.
- Design sports trading flows, engagement features, and amplifier events tied to the biggest moments in sports, translating complex financial mechanics into intuitive and exciting experiences for fans.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define the right problems and drive high-priority initiatives from idea to production.
- Turn ambiguous, first-of-its-kind challenges into clear, elegant product experiences, bringing structure to spaces where the playbook doesn't exist yet.
- Incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders thoughtfully, iterating quickly without losing quality or vision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both visual craft and end-to-end product thinking.
- Proven experience designing and launching new or early-stage products; comfortable with zero-to-one and driving work forward without a fully defined path.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make confident design decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to work well with product, engineering, and operations partners and align diverse perspectives toward a shared outcome.
- Genuine love for sports; appreciation for the fan experience is what matters.
