About the Role
As a machining mechanic with design tasks in manufacturing equipment construction, you will be responsible for a maintenance workshop area in an electronics factory in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC-controlled 5-axis milling machines (Sinumerik).
- Operating conventional milling and turning machines.
- Creating technical drawings, CAD designs (NX), and CAM programs (NX).
- Manufacturing manufacturing aids (fixtures) using conventional machines.
- Manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing aids (fixtures).
- Constructively processing components and simple assemblies according to specifications, sketches, and drafts.
Requirements
- Completed training as a machining mechanic or industrial mechanic.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Very good technical understanding and experience in reading drawings.
- Knowledge in CAM and 3D CAD (preferably NX).
- Knowledge of designing production-suitable components for mechanical processing using CNC milling technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in spoken and written German.
- Good English skills are also an advantage.
