About the Role

As a Quantitative Investment Analyst (d/m/w), you will be part of our investment team, contributing to the continuous development and management of our investment strategies across public and private markets. The position is to be filled starting November 2026.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for all strategy-related data and its maintenance in our systems.
You will build a robust technical infrastructure for aggregating, monitoring, and presenting data from various sources, including Bloomberg, Morningstar, and our Data Warehouse.
You will develop and improve our code base, including Python-based tools for portfolio simulations, backtesting, and fund selection.
You will support the quantitative research behind our asset allocation models by independently backtesting model extensions, evaluating new signals, and preparing analyses for investment decisions.
You will independently conduct quantitative capital market analyses to support our analysts and client advisors.

Requirements

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
Strong affinity for data.
Ideally, initial experience in capital markets, statistical modeling, or data analysis.
Very good analytical skills.
Meticulous and detail-oriented work approach.
Strong hands-on mentality.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with Google Cloud Services.
Ideally, experience with investment data providers like Bloomberg or Morningstar.
Solid understanding of capital markets.
Strong attention to detail.
Careful and conscientious work ethic.
Proactive in improving ineffective and inefficient processes.
Comfortable in a demanding yet informal start-up environment.
Strong communication skills.
