About the Role
This role focuses on leading the enterprise adoption of AI-driven development practices, defining AI-enabled SDLC transformation roadmaps, and driving AIOps & Intelligent operations design. You will identify and prioritize developer productivity use cases, develop adoption strategies, and establish AI engineering best practices for large enterprise environments, working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise adoption of AI driven development practices utilizing GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Models, and GitHub Actions.
- Implement AI-assisted code modernization tools.
- Define AI enabled SDLC transformation roadmaps.
- Drive AIOps & Intelligent operations design.
- Lead GitHub & DevSecOps transformation migrations.
- Identify and prioritize developer productivity use cases.
- Develop adoption strategies, governance models, and success metrics.
- Establish AI engineering best practices for large enterprise environments.
- Work with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Transformation, or IT Operations.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience in at least one of the following: AIOps, GitHub Enterprise Platform, AI-Assisted Software Development, DevSecOps Transformation.
