About the Role
We are seeking a qualified MTLA (Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant) to join our modern and automated laboratory. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to innovative and reliable medical diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Sample acceptance, recording, and distribution in the pre-analytical phase
- Preparation of samples and recording of requirements in the laboratory information system
- Operation, maintenance, and servicing of analytical devices
- Performance of laboratory analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, immunology, hematology, and coagulation diagnostics
- Consultation with submitters
- Performance of quality control measurements and plausibility checks of the data and consumables
- Implementation of quality management
Requirements
- A recognized and completed training as MTLA (w/f/d)
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing (minimum B2 level) are desired
- Basic technical understanding and IT skills
- Participation in late, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
