Responsibilities

Sample receipt, recording, and distribution in the pre-analytics area
Sample preparation and entry of requests into the laboratory information system
Operation, maintenance, and servicing of modern analysis equipment
Performing laboratory analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, immunology, hematology, coagulation diagnostics, and immunohematology
Communication with submitting practices and clinics
Conducting quality control measurements and plausibility checks of analysis data and materials used
Active participation in the implementation of our quality management

Requirements

Recognized and completed training as MTL, MTLA, or MTA (m/f/d)
Ideally, initial professional experience or entry-level
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Basic technical understanding and IT skills
Willingness to participate in a 3-shift system and weekend shifts
