About the Role
In our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), you will support clients with all challenges related to the CFO agenda, focusing on accounting and transaction areas such as company acquisitions, IPOs, and carve-outs. You will work in international, highly motivated teams combining accounting expertise with extensive project management and tax knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored solutions for clients' secure financial reporting, focusing on accounting, transactions, process optimization, and business valuation.
- Develop and communicate innovative and practical solutions for financial accounting.
- Support clients through transformations with creative solutions.
- Lead projects, coordinate multiple audit and consulting engagements, and motivate your team.
- Manage and develop the professional and personal growth of your team members.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Auditing, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, particularly in executing accounting/IFRS projects.
- Completed or upcoming certified public accountant (WP) exam is advantageous.
- CFA qualification is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creativity in client acquisition.
- Initial leadership experience.
- Very good communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level).
