About the Role
As part of a leading global money transfer and financial services company, you will contribute to enabling people worldwide to move money securely, quickly, and reliably. Your daily work combines international reach with local service.
Responsibilities
- Manage branch opening and closing procedures.
- Process money transfer transactions for international customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and carefully.
- Provide friendly and competent customer service at the counter.
- Document all transactions and perform daily cash reconciliation.
- Report key performance indicators and developments to regional and branch management.
- Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines, security, and integrity standards after training.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and consulting skills.
- Excellent German language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Good foreign language skills, including English and another language (e.g., Turkish, Spanish, French, Afrikaans).
- Proficiency in PC programs, including MS Office and digital applications.
- Friendly, respectful, and empathetic demeanor.
- High customer orientation, focusing on customer needs.
- Ability to remain calm and structured under pressure.
- Valid police clearance certificate.
