About the Role
Ardonagh Specialty is seeking a DUA/MRC Technician to join their passionate and diverse team. This role offers opportunities for skill development and career growth within The Ardonagh Group, in an innovative and energetic business environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the COO in delivering DUA/MRC contract management.
- Draft and finalize DUA contracts and endorsements for the Axiiem Portfolio.
- Proactively manage and initiate DUA renewal processes.
- Maintain awareness of DUA market updates and ensure Axiiem DUA alignment.
- Engage with carriers to address queries.
- Manage DUA limits and triggers.
- Ensure DUA creation within the Whitespace template builder.
- Maintain ATLAS and DCOM.
- Potentially contribute to the creation of MRC contracts for the Broker Role.
Requirements
- Experience working within the London Market Coverholder environment.
- Experience in drafting and production of DUA’s and Endorsements via Whitespace.
- Ideally, experience working within a Broker environment and the creation of MRC’s.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Agility in managing multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with London Market carriers and other external/internal stakeholders.
- Team player.
