About the Role
Paramount+ is seeking a Publicity Manager to join their Direct-to-Consumer team in Berlin. This role is a temporary contract for approximately 1 year, focusing on bringing Originals to life across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. The position offers a fast-start opportunity for a publicity professional to manage campaigns from announcement to premiere, including media strategy, talent scheduling, press days, and campaign calendar management.
Responsibilities
- Executing publicity campaigns for Paramount+ Original series (scripted and unscripted)
- Securing coverage across broadcast, trade press, podcasts, and digital platforms
- Coordinating talent availability, media appearances, and press events
- Partnering across Marketing, Creative, Awards, and Events to ensure cohesive campaigns
- Tracking coverage and campaign performance
Requirements
- 5+ years in entertainment publicity for TV, streaming, or film
- Working knowledge of the DACH media landscape (journalists, trades, podcasts, platforms)
- Comfort managing talent relationships with professionalism and discretion
- Experience supporting and leading multiple campaigns simultaneously
