About the Role

Join EY's dual study program in Digital Business Management starting September 1, 2027. Gain practical experience in Business Consulting - Finance, Risk Consulting, or Business Transformation while studying at a partner university.

Responsibilities

Support the analysis, optimization, and digitalization of financial processes.
Participate in projects related to Sustainable Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Gain insights into modern reporting and controlling systems, as well as regulatory requirements.
Advise clients in the areas of Risk Management, Internal Audit & Controls, and Enterprise Resilience.
Support projects in building, transforming, and optimizing risk management functions.
Assist in planning complex transformation projects for national and international companies, using classic and agile project management methods (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe).
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative business models within transformation programs.
Support the introduction of new processes and tools.

Requirements

University entrance qualification (Fach-/Hochschulreife) with good to very good grades in German, Mathematics, and English.
Interest in economic contexts, financial processes, digitalization, transformations, and innovative topics within Business Consulting - Finance, Risk Consulting, or Business Transformation.
Very good communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
