Responsibilities
- Plan, conceptualize, manage, and implement transformation projects in the public sector or in areas with special security requirements.
- Support ministries, authorities, and other public sector entities or critical infrastructures with innovative methods in their digital transformation projects.
- Advise clients based on specific expertise in customer projects, planning and implementing complex IT landscapes sustainably.
- Apply classic management methods, guide and coach clients in introducing agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and innovative technologies, and progressively take on technical leadership of team members.
- Assist public administrations and critical infrastructures in making processes and systems resilient regarding cybersecurity through holistic approaches and implementing regulations for compliance, regulatory affairs, and data protection as an advisor to ensure their digital sovereignty.
Requirements
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in any field.
- Professional experience in designing transformations and digitalization in the public sector.
- Strong affinity for innovative technologies and methods.
- Confident communication in German and English (minimum C1 level).
