About the Role
As part of our multidisciplinary AI-and-Data team, you will contribute your technological expertise to solve current challenges for our clients across various industries using Artificial Intelligence. You will be involved in diverse tasks, including advising clients from ideation to product launch and monitoring of AI projects, structuring and planning AI use cases that generate added value, developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and communicating technical requirements and results to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients from ideation, conception, development, to product launch and monitoring of AI projects.
- Structure and plan AI use cases with clients that generate added value.
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models, particularly in Python.
- Ensure and further develop compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, as well as internal quality requirements for AI solutions.
- Prepare technical requirements and results and communicate them to business stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Completed technical, scientific, mathematical, or comparable studies.
- First experience in developing machine learning models, especially with Python using common libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Broad knowledge spectrum in Data Science, applied solution-oriented.
- Experience in the development, quality assurance, and operationalization of use cases with (generative) Large Language Models and Transformer architectures.
- Fluent communication in German and English (at least C1 level).
