About the Role
As a Consultant in Hunter’s Digital Solutions Team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects across the healthcare sector. You will apply structured problem-solving approaches, contribute to analysis and solution design, and build your consulting skillset, accelerating your career at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of workstreams or project components, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned to client needs.
- Apply structured tools and methodologies to contribute to the design and evaluation of digital health solutions.
- Assist with workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement to gather insights and data.
- Create clear and professional deliverables, including presentations, reports, and analysis summaries.
- Support day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders, representing Hunter professionally.
- Develop an understanding of client priorities and contribute to positive working relationships.
- Participate in meetings, note actions and decisions, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development, including methods, templates, or insight gathering.
- Assist in proposal writing and preparation by researching relevant content or data.
- Take part in initiatives that support Hunter’s growth, such as thought leadership, case study development, or events.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Actively seek feedback and support personal development by learning from peers and senior colleagues.
- Engage with internal communities of practice and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in Strategy, Digital, or Management Consulting within healthcare or a comparable sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to engage with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical and structured thinker, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Adaptable and organised, able to manage tasks across multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for client delivery, collaboration with colleagues, and company events as required.
