About the Role
Direct Maintenance is seeking Mechanics to join their team at London Gatwick. This role involves carrying out line maintenance on various aircraft types, ensuring all tasks meet the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Carry out line maintenance on A320, A330, A350, B777, and B787 aircraft.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards and work in accordance with approved MOE and procedures.
- Adhere to all regulatory, company, and safety requirements while maintaining accurate records of work performed.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safe and efficient working methods across the team.
Requirements
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level (CEFR – Upper intermediate) in, both written and spoken.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A proactive mindset with a high level of responsibility and commitment to safety.
