About the Role
The Product Designer owns the end-to-end user experience for various platforms and initiatives, translating complex datasets into intuitive, visually engaging experiences. This role operates at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and User Experience, simplifying complex business processes and data through information design, visual storytelling, and user-centered design.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI and UX design across strategic platform initiatives.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineers and stakeholders to understand problems and shape solutions.
- Design dashboards, workflows and visual analytics experiences that simplify complex data.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs where appropriate.
- Establish pragmatic design standards and reusable design systems.
- Drive usability testing and iterative improvement.
- Balance user value, technical constraints and delivery timelines.
- Champion accessibility, usability and responsive design best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and product leadership.
- Work across multiple initiatives at one time.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Design, UX Design or related discipline.
- Experience designing enterprise, analytics or data-intensive software.
- Strong experience with Figma or similar tools.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Fluent in English.
