About the Role
Join our expert team in the radio and communication industry, working on exciting projects and future technologies. We are looking for a Test Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) to join K-tronik.
Responsibilities
- Define and structure test requirements, test cases, and test coverage for automated and manual tests of radio communication systems.
- Create, maintain, and track requirements and associated test cases in the field of radio communication.
- Generate test matrices to ensure complete coverage and precise linking between requirements, test cases, and results.
- Ensure test results, evidence, and requirement links are documented completely, comprehensibly, and audibly.
- Guarantee full requirement coverage through structured test concepts and consistent traceability.
- Prepare demonstration flights, system tests, and validation activities with appropriate test concepts, test cases, and evidence documentation.
- Utilize and maintain test management and requirements tools, collaborating closely with development, systems engineering, integration, and test automation teams.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in fields such as communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or aerospace engineering.
- Experience in systems engineering for complex technical systems.
- Knowledge of common systems engineering methods and tools (e.g., MBSE, Enterprise Architect, Cameo, Jama).
- Familiarity with modern radio communication methods and/or requirements for flight certifications (e.g., DO178) is advantageous.
- Friendly and confident demeanor, willingness to take responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
