About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service consistently.
- Hold store keys and ensure store security during opening and closing in the absence of senior management.
- Manage the opening and closing of the till system.
- Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Efficiently manage stock through pair checking, organizing the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards.
- Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy, replenished, and that store standards are maintained.
- Support the management team by working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting benefits and encouraging participation.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities.
- Act as a brand role model and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, reflective of the brand).
- Regularly participate in and encourage training activities to become a confident brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail.
- Interest and awareness of key fashion trends.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Confident working in a team.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced business environment.
