About the Role
Trusted Shops fosters digital trust between people, companies, and AI agents, enabling secure online shopping decisions and strengthening customer relationships for sustainable growth. We are seeking a People Business Partner to join our People Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on operational, strategic, and labor law HR matters.
- Independently manage and develop personnel processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate trustfully with the works council on all HR-related issues within the supported area.
- Analyze HR-related issues and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
- Participate in HR projects and people initiatives to support the company strategy.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, social sciences, or law with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified HR specialist).
- Several years of professional experience as a People Business Partner (HR Business Partner), preferably in a SaaS environment or similar.
- Good knowledge of central HR processes and basic knowledge of German labor law.
- Experience with works constitution law and collaboration with works councils.
- Experience with HR systems; knowledge of Workday is an advantage.
- Structured, communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a high degree of initiative and openness to using AI tools for HR process optimization.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
