About the Role
Identify business and management challenges faced by clients, and take responsibility from policy formulation to execution and results creation for problem-solving. This position involves not only proposing individual products but also broadly engaging in strategy and measure planning and execution support, starting from the client's business goals and management challenges.
Responsibilities
- Compound product cross-sectional strategy planning: Formulate integrated strategies leveraging synergies of multiple products.
- Client business growth strategy planning: Build a medium-to-long-term vision for business expansion.
- Marketing and sales strategy planning: Formulate strategic marketing and sales plans based on market analysis.
- Initial hypothesis construction and verification: Construct and verify hypotheses considering client issues and market environment.
- Change management and execution support: Design schedules and tasks for transformation and provide execution support.
- Project promotion and management: Promote project progress and results creation through communication with clients and collaboration with stakeholders.
