About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative for Z-Catering, you will be the personal point of contact for our daycare clients, providing on-site support and solutions. This role emphasizes genuine interaction and problem-solving, fitting into a life-friendly schedule.
Responsibilities
- Personally manage and regularly visit assigned daycare clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for daycare management and staff regarding requests and issues.
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of client concerns.

- Support new facilities during the implementation of services.
- Identify areas for improvement and relay customer feedback internally.
- Maintain accurate customer information and document work activities.
Requirements

- Work independently, reliably, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Communicate clearly and focus on solutions.
- Hold a valid Class B driver's license.
- Proficient in using smartphones and common applications.
- Experience in customer service, gastronomy, catering, or daycare environments is a plus but not required.
