About the Role
Securitas is seeking a Security Officer (m/f/d) with at least a Certified Security and Safety Specialist qualification for the Berlin-Wedding location. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of people and providing a professional reception service.
Responsibilities
- Friendly reception and professional support of visitors, customers, and external service providers
- Processing visitor registration and creating/issuing visitor badges
- Coordination and management of visitor access at the location
- Point of contact for visitors and employees regarding questions and concerns
- Ensuring compliance with access, security, and reception regulations
- Conducting access controls and monitoring pedestrian traffic in the reception area
Requirements
- Completion as a Certified Security and Safety Specialist
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- English language skills at least at B2 level
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and digital visitor management systems
- Strong service and customer orientation, with excellent communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
- High reliability, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work shifts
