About the Role
Tenstorrent is revolutionizing AI technology with a focus on performance, ease of use, and cost efficiency. We are seeking a Sr. Inventory Specialist to ensure end-to-end visibility, accuracy, and control of company-owned inventory across global locations, partnering with various teams to maintain material availability and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP S4 HANA, achieving 99%+ accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance resolution.
- Monitor, audit, and reconcile material movements between labs, 3PLs, OSATs, and contract manufacturers.
- Oversee processes for shipments, transfers, receipts and returns with external partners, ensuring timely ERP updates.
- Support prototypes, engineering samples, and NPI activities with reliable material availability.
- Uphold compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements while driving process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of inventory management experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Confident working in SAP S4 HANA (or similar ERP systems) with deep knowledge of inventory modules.
- Experience working for manufacturing company including 3PL operations, contract manufacturing & inventory consignment.
- Applicant must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
