About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and competent support in daily operations for our locations in Berlin (Spandau Arcaden, Schönhauser Allee Arcaden, Gropius Passagen, Wilma Shoppen). Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the studio with an engaging demeanor and provide friendly assistance.
- Handle telephone inquiries and appointment scheduling, ensuring effective communication.
- Respond to emails and digital inquiries competently and friendly.
- Process payments and assist customers with selecting aftercare products.
- Perform various piercings.
- Ensure the workstation is fully equipped for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Ideally, possess initial experience in customer service or piercing; motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Self-motivated to pursue further training and professional growth.
- Friendly and engaging personality to reassure customers.
- Independent and structured work approach with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in German.
- Ability to communicate well in English for interaction with international clients and guest artists.
- Interest in training to become a piercer.
