Responsibilities
- Close deals and generate profitable growth.
- Convert pre-set appointments into happy, high-value customers.
- Assess customer needs, offer solutions, and guide them to their desired outcome.
- Master a proven sales process.
- Participate in daily team huddles and strategy sessions.
- Grow weekly with professional sales training.
- Smash and exceed sales goals.
- Travel assigned territory to meet customers in their homes.
- Negotiate using smart strategies, promotions, and financing options.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel locally for home visits.
- Highly motivated and disciplined.
- Availability during evenings and some Saturdays.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
