About the Role

Drive leadership performance improvement by supporting the transition, development, and training for all levels of leadership for Constellation Generation. Acts as the leadership training program administrator and subject matter expert for the fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Performs the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of nuclear fleet leadership training in accordance with the Constellation's Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) model, and fleet procedures.
  • Facilitates and implements leadership training for the Constellation Supervisor Training (CST) program, Constellation Leadership Academy (CLA) for directors and Constellation Executive Plant Manager Academy (CEMPA) for new and upcoming executives.
  • Leads the coordination for fleet leadership training programs including the coordination of schedules, logistics, presenters, student communications, executive and senior leader communications sharing of fleet training materials and other program related administrative tasks.
  • Acts or assists as a change agent for fleet governance documents and procedures for the Constellation Leadership training programs.
  • Assists in the creation and revision of leadership job familiarization guides and qualification documents.
  • Maintains and tracks completion, as appropriate.
  • Assists in the performance analysis of leadership and recommends training solutions when appropriate.
  • Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, training, organizational development, organizational psychology, instructional design, business, or technical field with 5 years of education or training experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of education or training experience
  • Associate's degree in education, training, organizational development, organizational psychology, instructional design, business, or technical field with 7 years of education or training experience OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of education or training experience
  • Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
