About the Role
SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their most valuable asset: time.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a location, ensuring parking operations align with contractual guidelines and company policies.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
- Provide assistance with management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks.
- Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other materials.
- Substitute for any position as needed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the vicinity.
- Complete other duties as needed.
