Responsibilities

  • Monetize existing tech-partner and publisher relationships into active referral and co-sell channels.
  • Understand partner and end-client needs through discovery and translate them into a compelling value proposition for Awin.
  • Co-sell with partners in customer conversations, shaping pitches and driving opportunities to close.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reliable forecasting, actively managing pipeline and addressing shortfalls.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team and influence across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Product, and Legal to achieve win-win-win outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in a commercial role (sales, business development, consultancy, or key account management) with demonstrable ownership of pipeline and commercial outcomes.
  • Proven hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch and create opportunities.
  • Experience developing partnerships, referrals, reseller, or channel motions is an advantage.
  • Formal sales methodology exposure (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.) is a bonus.
  • CRM discipline (Salesforce).
  • Comfortable using data to track and optimize partner performance.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a natural ability to sell and recognize opportunity.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills including discovery, storytelling, objection handling, and closing.
  • Highly self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity and building without a playbook.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Possess a win-win-win instinct, resilience, coachability, and ownership of performance.
  • Business-fluent English is essential.
  • High standard of German and/or a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian) is very useful.
