About the Role
Join the Digital Enterprise Enablement Tools (DEET) team and help drive the future of digital work. You'll work alongside Product Owners, learn modern ways of working, and contribute to programs that make it easier for teams across the organization to collaborate, innovate, and get things done.
Responsibilities
- Support digital platforms including Atlassian, Planview, and Wrike
- Solve real business challenges using technology, data, and automation
- Use AI tools and an AI-first mindset to improve how work gets done
- Work on real projects with ownership and accountability from day one
- Learn Agile ways of working and partner with stakeholders across the business
- Participate in planning sessions, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide frontline support for digital tools, helping users resolve issues and stay productive
Requirements
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
- Not afraid to ask questions, share ideas, and make an impact
- Interested in using technology, data, automation, APIs, and AI to solve real business problems
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar
