About the Role

Join the team at Columbia/NewYork-Presbyterian Advanced Imaging (CNYPAI), a collaboration uniting academic excellence with world-class clinical resources. CNYPAI delivers advanced outpatient Radiology and Imaging services, including MRI and PET/CT, supported by cutting-edge technology and respected experts. As an MRI Technologist, you will perform a variety of MR examinations using state-of-the-art GE imaging equipment in a collaborative, high-quality outpatient environment. Your expertise will directly support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and innovative research, while helping patients receive the answers and care they need.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of MR examinations using state-of-the-art GE imaging equipment.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License with Intravascular Contrast Media Injection
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR)
  • Ability to maintain all New York State and ARRT continuing education and credential renewal requirements
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Proficiency with EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality specific software
  • Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.
