About the Role
Join Chick-fil-A as a Front of House Restaurant Manager and be part of a brand new restaurant with state-of-the-art equipment. This hands-on management opportunity offers autonomy to impact team and guest lives, working alongside a successful Franchisee with strong brand support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational excellence and lead inside restaurant operations.
- Build high-performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for the Front of House.
- Manage a team of 40+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching, and holding people accountable to high standards.
- Increase profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales.
- Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food and team safety.
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Requirements
- Open Availability (required)
- Hands-on leader - this role is 100% in restaurant operations
- 2+ years of previous restaurant experience (required)
- Previous Chick-fil-A experience (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (highly preferred)
- Desire to lead yourself and others
