MickeyValentine LLC is seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Field Operations Route Specialist to support our growing operation. This is a hands-on field position for someone comfortable working independently, spending significant time on the road, and completing a high-volume daily route. The role involves visiting multiple business locations daily, servicing equipment, completing tasks accurately, and communicating issues to management.
Responsibilities
- Visit multiple business locations daily
- Service company equipment
- Complete assigned tasks accurately
- Communicate with management when issues arise
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Move and handle equipment when necessary
- Interact professionally with business owners, managers, and staff
Requirements
- Extremely reliable and punctual
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to follow a structured daily route and complete it fully
- Comfortable driving throughout the tri-state area
- Willing to work longer days when routes require it
- Available for weekend work when needed
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures consistently
- Comfortable troubleshooting basic equipment issues
- Physically capable of moving and handling equipment when necessary
- Professional when interacting with business owners, managers and staff
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required
- Must be able to ensure outside business or employment responsibilities will not interfere with availability, route completion, or company responsibilities
