Real Help is seeking passionate, licensed clinicians in New York to provide telehealth therapy services to children, adults, and families. The company emphasizes empowering clinicians with flexible scheduling, robust support, and a hassle-free work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
- Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
- Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
- Participate in case management and team meetings.
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York.
- Comfortable managing own schedule and caseload.
- Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability.
- Skilled in time management and documentation.
- Access to a laptop or computer, high-speed internet, and a phone.
