About the Role
AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Member Protection Agents to assist clients with life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. This role involves building relationships, providing virtual client service, and offers significant income and career development opportunities. Comprehensive online training, daily coaching, mentorship, and warm leads are provided to support agent growth.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients who have expressed interest in receiving information
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Ask questions to understand each client’s needs
- Explain relevant insurance options
- Follow up professionally and maintain client relationships
- Work toward individual performance goals
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
