About the Role
AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Member Services Associate to assist individuals, families, and members of various organizations in exploring insurance coverage. This remote role involves virtual client meetings to simplify the insurance decision-making process. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicate effectively, and seek a career with training, coaching, and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Build rapport and identify each client’s insurance needs
- Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
- Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
- Follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships
- Keep organized records and complete required documentation
- Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
