About the Role

The Partner Marketing Manager will drive measurable commercial growth through technology alliances by owning partner-led demand generation and go-to-market activity for key partners like Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, and AWS. This role focuses on creating repeatable methods to generate pipeline, acquire new customers, support deal progression, and bring AI solutions to market through partner-specific initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate alliance-sourced pipeline by building and running targeted activity through partner channels and strategic accounts.
  • Drive joint go-to-market activity by developing partner-specific plans and campaigns.
  • Commercialize repeatable AI solutions by creating clear propositions and campaign messages for partner-led opportunities.
  • Enable Sales and Alliances teams by creating sales materials and supporting co-sell activity.
  • Manage partner marketing relationships and coordinate activity across internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage partner funding (MDF) against activity with clear commercial goals.
  • Track performance and refine future plans using CRM, campaign, and pipeline data.

Requirements

  • Experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, product marketing, or demand generation within B2B technology, cloud, data, AI, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of building commercially focused go-to-market plans.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and co-sell motions, ideally across Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, or AWS.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear, customer-focused propositions, campaign messages, and sales materials.
  • Commercial confidence and ability to work effectively across Marketing, Alliances, Sales, and Solution teams.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, campaign reporting, and pipeline data for decision-making and impact demonstration.
