About the Role
Support the Digital Products and Innovation team in developing and delivering engagement initiatives focused on change and transformation. This role is crucial for modernizing CBC/Radio-Canada’s digital ecosystem and contributing to the public broadcaster's future.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute business change strategies with digital teams in line with leadership direction.
- Serve as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to support a coherent, unified strategy.
- Work with business leaders to ensure they become change sponsors.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management for project communications.
- Manage internal communications for the Digital Products and Innovation team.
Requirements
- Five or more years' relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on digital projects.
- Experience in organizational change and user adoption.
- Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
- A mandatory Criminal record check.
- Other background checks may be conducted based on operational requirements.

- Creative writing skills for various communication channels.
