About the Role
You will support integration projects on the private cloud from consulting to stable operation. You will provide comprehensive consulting and support throughout all project phases, including planning, integration, and utilization of cloud services. You will manage requirements, capture and control functional and technical requirements, and ensure their implementation with established tools like Jira and Confluence. Additionally, you will maintain and develop the toolstack, optimize workflows, and support users through technical consulting and support. Your expertise in cloud technologies and tool administration will significantly contribute to project success and the further development of the private cloud.

- Consulting and support throughout all project phases, including planning, integration, and utilization of cloud services.
- Requirements management, capturing and controlling functional and technical requirements.
- Ensuring implementation of requirements with established tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Maintaining and developing the toolstack.
- Optimizing workflows.
- Supporting users through technical consulting and support.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies (VMware, Google, Open Source) and typical cloud services such as Kubernetes, VMs (Linux/Windows), databases, storage, networking, APIs, IAM/PAM, and secret management.
- Several years of practical experience in cloud-native application development, microservices, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps/DevSecOps, and modern architectural patterns (e.g., Twelve-Factor-App, Event-driven, Serverless, Resilience Engineering).
- Expertise in integration and migration of workloads to cloud technologies, including standardized procedures and cloud landing zones.
- Deep knowledge in developing and automating forms, workflows, and applications with Confluence, Jira, and ConfiForms, as well as experience with Jira APIs (REST, JSON, JQL, HTML/CSS) and the Atlassian software stack.
- Very good German language skills (native level) and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
