About the Role
Join our team at the Grand Opening of Motek 57th St., a unique opportunity to be part of a new chapter in a Mediterranean concept restaurant. As a line cook, you will be crucial to the kitchen's operation, impacting our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences through food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food production following recipes and restaurant guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledgeable on food safety guidelines.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
