About the Role
This role focuses on Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Risk Operations, requiring strong analytical and investigative skills to manage risks within the fintech and financial services sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations related to compliance, fraud, and AML.
- Perform KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.
- Conduct enhanced due diligence and prepare SAR filings.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and utilize analytical tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Risk, AML, Compliance, Fraud, or related operations within fintech, banking, payments, e-commerce, MSB, or financial services.
- Practical experience in KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, merchant or product risk review, enhanced due diligence, SAR preparation, or regulatory reporting.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound professional judgment and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
