About the Company

  • Bloomsbury Football Foundation is on a mission to transform lives through the magic of football.
  • Her Game Needs You, is our coach development pathway for women, built on the belief that every girl and woman in football deserves the chance to see herself reflected in a role model.
  • This programme exists to close that gap and build a real route from loving the game to making an impact in the local community at grassroots level.
  • We impact 7,000 young people week, with community coaching at the centre of our approach.
  • To us, a coach is a trusted adult and a role model for their players, helping them reach their full potential.
  • 'Her Game Needs You' is built to ensure the cohort leaves feeling confident to coach any child, regardless of their ability or background.
  • Running through 2027, the programme delivers a mix of on-pitch and off-pitch CPDs, bringing coaches together with an impressive group of mentors, ambassadors and coach developers.
  • Because football, and the young people we coach, need more women leading from the sidelines.
